On the Necessity of Refusal

 

Here are two relevant B'Tselem publications from last year: Crossing the Line: Violation of the Rights of Palestinians in Israel without a Permit and 2007 Annual Report: Human Rights in the Occupied Territories.

 

The first includes many cases of violence by Israeli Border Police, and both publications address the crucial issue of accountability: the lack of investigations opened and the fact that violators go unpunished.
